1) The promotion is called Father’s Day Power Tool Giveaway and the promoter is Market Square Deception Bay. 2) Entry to the promotion is based on a minimum purchase; a combined sum of $50 or more at participating retailers. 3) Entry receipts are only from the specific shipping centre, other retailers are not applicable for entry, and must have a purchase date from 1st August 2019 – 1st September 2019. 4) Customers can enter as many times as they like with a unique original receipts, up until the closing date and time Sunday September 1, 2019 at 5:00pm. 5) Store purchase receipts are to be placed into the entry barrel which will be located in an advertised location in the shopping centre. 6) The receipt must be the minimum [or higher] purchase amount to be eligible for entry. 7) False or misleading, or not correct entries will be discarded. 8) Display and promotional material is for illustrative purposes only, and may differ slightly from actual prize. 9) Any dispute, claim or complaint will be adjudicated by the promoter, and their decision is final. 10) One winner will be drawn offsite up to one week after the promotion finishes. 11) Market Square Deception Bay retailers, their staff and families are ineligible to enter.
